Wondering what that means?

‘Soma’ means ‘body’ in Greek, so 'somatic' relates to the body. This will be an insightful opportunity to tune into how your body feels and what it needs for better health, regulation and well-being.

Connecting with your body brings you into present moment awareness. Your body holds memories and sends messages that go beyond thoughts and words. By tuning into these signals, you can understand yourself better from a felt experience, rather than an intellectual perspective.

What is heart tending?

Rooted in mindfulness and self-compassion, you'll discover the significance of honouring the unique rhythms and needs of your heart. This journey will help you differentiate between your thoughts and your core intuition.
